PAYMENT + PRICING.

As a small business this is always the hardest part. We of course would prefer cash as your main source of payment, however, we know this is not the way of the world so credit cards are accepted with a $3 fee, gratuity cannot be added and we are limiting Venmo transactions.

Deposits are required for new lash bookings + extensions consultations.

Appointment Cancellation Policy.

Your appointments are very important to our AE team and are reserved exclusively for you. We do understand that sometimes things come up and are unavoidable. However, we respectfully ask for at least 48 hours notice for all cancellations + rescheduling. Please understand when you forget about an appointment, we miss out on the chance to give another guest the AE experience.

Since services are customized for you personally a fee of 50% of all scheduled services will be automatically charged to the card on file for all missed appointments.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES.

All products are considered final sale!

Children policy.

We ask that only children receiving services be on the salon floor. This is a place of retreat for out guests. Thank you for respecting that.


We pride ourselves on running on time and giving our clients the best experience possible. To achieve this, we count on our clients to be timely. Card fees are outrageous for a small business such as ours. These policies allow us to avoid raising prices. Thank you for your compliancy and understanding. We value each and every one of you!
